2 cups cranberries, thawed if frozen
3/4 cup each, water & packed brown sugar
1 t. grated orange peel
4 cans (17 oz. each) whole sweet potatoes, drained
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, stir cranberries, water, sugar and peel over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop. Remove from heat. Arrange potatoes in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Pour cranberry mixture over; dot with butter. Bake in a pre-heated 350º oven, basting frequently, for 30 minutes until glazed & bubbly.
