2 bunches fresh broccoli
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 t. capers
1 hard-boiled egg, sieved or finely chopped
2/3 c. olive oil
2 T. tarragon vinegar
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into flowerets and soak in salted ice water for 2-3 hours; drain. Slice mushrooms and quarter artichoke hearts; combine with broccoli. Sprinkle capers and bacon on top. Pour dressing over. Toss and serve.

Dressing: Make Good Season's dressing according to the directions on the package except use olive oil and tarragon vinegar. Add egg and shake well.
