1 lb. round steak cut into ½" strips
1 c. sliced green onions
2 green peppers seeded & cut in strips
2 large fresh tomatoes cut in eighths
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ c. water
1½ c. beef broth
2 tbsp. corn starch
¼ c. soy sauce
red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

combine water, soy sauce, corn starch - set aside.

pound steak into ¼" thickness, sprinkle with paprika, sauté with garlic & red pepper flakes in butter.

Add broth, simmer 30 minutes.

Stir in onions & peppers, cook about 1/2 done. Add soy sauce mixture, cook for another 5 minutes, add tomatoes & stir gently. Remove from heat. Occasionally stir gently while preparing rice.

Serve over rice.
