1 lb. Owen's breakfast sausage
1 8oz. can croissant rolls
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
¾ c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

(optional) jalapeno slices, extra cheddar, breadcrumbs to top.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º

Combine eggs, milk, salt, & pepper - set aside.
Crumble & fry sausage, drain well.
Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with croissant dough, pinching seams together.
Sprinkle sausage crumbles and cheese on dough, top with egg mixture.

Bake 15 minutes or until set & remove. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before slicing.

After baking 15 minutes, I top with jalapeno slices and sprinkle some cheese and breadcrumbs then pop into a broil for 4-5 minutes until nicely browned.
