• 1 box vanilla cake mix
• ⅓ c. vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• ½ t. vanilla
• Green gel food coloring
• ⅓ c. powdered sugar
• ⅓ c. cornstarch
• Candy hearts or sprinkles
Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add food coloring and mix well.
3. Set the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 350º. Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl.
5. Scoop cold dough into balls and roll them in sugar mixture until completely coated.
6. Place balls on cookie sheet and lightly press down with the bottom of a glass.
7. Add the candy heart to the top and bake 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
8. Leave on the baking sheet for 3 minutes, then move to a wire rack and let cool.
