Lay chuck roast in double layer foil. Sprinkle with salt and brown sugar. Add a little water. Wrap up roast.

Directions:
Cook in oven over night at 200 degrees. Cool break meat into pieces- pour barbecue sauce over and make sandwiches. (Can freeze)
