2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. margarine softened
3 egg whites
2 medium bananas mashed
1 t. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 T. finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the sugar, sour cream, margarine, and egg whites. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed. Mix in flour, salt and baking soda.
Spread in pan (9x9). Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Spread with white frosting.
