1 cup Butter, softened
6 TBSP Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts (can use Pecans, Walnuts or Cashews)

1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar, or more as needed

Preheat oven to 350º

Cream Butter and Vanilla together in a medium bowl with a mixer until smooth
(2-3 minutes)

Whisk Flour and Confectioners Sugar together in a separate bowl

Add to the Butter mixture and stir until just blended

Add nuts and mix until incorporated - mixture may be crumbly

Take small scoops of dough and roll between hands into on inch balls

Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets

Bake in preheated 350º for about 12 minutes, until turning golden

Remove from the oven and transfer to wire rack to cool for 15 minutes

Place remaining powdered sugar in a small bowl and roll the cooled cookies in it
