2 c warm water
1 Tbs yeast
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 c oil
3 eggs

filling:
orange juice and orange zest
sugar
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
beat ingredients minus flour with hand mixer
add 5-6 c flour mixing after each cup - dough is soft

let raise until double

roll out 1/4" thick
cover with 1 c sugar, 1 c melted butter, juice and zest of orange
roll into log and cut 1/2" thick
put in cupcake pans
raise
