1-1½ c sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 c oil
2 sticks butter, room temp
1 tsp vanilla

3 ¼ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

1 c oatmeal
1 c chopped nuts
1 c coconut

Mix first group ingredients with mixer until well blended

Mix dry ingredients together then add to sugar/butter mixture and mix well with mixer

Mix last group of ingredients together and then mix into the batter just until blended —mix by hand. Not mixer

Add 2 c corn flakes until blended -less you mix the crunchier cookies will be

Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake 350º 10 min (cookies will be very soft till they cool

Cookie batter may be stored in the fridge for several days
