1 cup warn water
1/2 stick butter 1/2 stick crisco
1/2 cup sugar
4 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 packs active yeast


In large bowl pour n 2 packs yeast stir until dissolved add sugar n salt. Melt butter n crisco then pour n yeast mixture beat 2 eggs then pour into mixture.

stir in flour slowly until you have a loose texture be sure and stir out all the lumps. cover
bowl and let sit n a warm area 2 hrs until dough rises to top of bowl.

on a floured surface turn out dough knead just a little not to let out all the air. roll out 1/2 inch size and place in a greased pan 8x11, let rise again.

Preheat Oven to 325, place pan in Oven let cook for 5 min then raise temp to 350.
