15.25 oz box Red Velvet cake mix
⅓ cup oil
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside

3. In mixing bowl combine the cake mix, oil and eggs with a rubber spatula
Stir in the chips

4. Scoop batter in teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets approximately 2-3 inches apart
Bake 11-12 minutes

5. Cookies will look soft and not quite done in the center when you take them out
Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes
