1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 Pkg Instant lemon Pudding (3 3/4oz)
1/2 Cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 Cup Warm Water

Icing:
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix cake mix and pudding together in a large bowl very well.
Make a well in the center and add in oil, water and eggs.
Beat with electric mixer on low for 1 minute.
Place in lightly greased 2-8"x4" Loaf pans.
Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched.

In separate bowl mix sugar and lemon juice together. Pour and spread over hot loaves.

Let cool in pans on wire rack.
