1 large head of cabbage (shredded)
1 c. of onions-chopped
1 c. of uncooked rice
2 # ground chuck (browned)
2 cans of tomato soup/2 cans of water
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large roaster, dot the bottom with Crisco. Then add the shredded cabbage, onions, rice, ground chuck, salt & pepper. Mix 1 can of tomato soup with 1 can of water, pour over all ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. After the first hour, mix the second can of soup with water,pour over ingredients & mix. Bake for 1 more hour.
