3# Potatoes (about 12) peeled, cooked & hot
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 t. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mash potatoes, add cream cheese in small pieces, then the butter, beat well. Then mix in sour cream. To the milk add the eggs & onion with the salt & pepper, beat well with potatoes. Place in a 9 inch greased casserole & refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
