3# Ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. worcestershire sauce
2 t. salt
1 t. mustard
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. sage
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º until done about 1 1/2-2 hours

Topping:
1/2 c. catsup
4 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 t. mustard
