Make Alfredo sauce, add Cajun seasonings (I use Tony Chachere). Cook chicken (with same seasonings), add chopped onion, chopped poblano peppers, cook until soft. Add cooked pasta and sauce. Serve with chopped tomatoes and chopped cilantro to garnish. Oh...and it's even better if you serve with garlic bread.
