1 c. honey
1 c. molasses (dark)
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. cloves
2 t. all-spice
2 t. nutmeg
2/3 c. chopped citron
2 eggs

Directions:

Mix honey & molasses in pot, bring to a boil, stir in sugar, eggs, lemon juice, sift dry ingredients together, blend in with liquid mixture. Add citron. Pat into cookie sheets sprayed lightly with Pam. Bake in a 400 oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool a bit then put on glazing.

GLAZE: 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. milk in small saucepan-remove from heat stir in 1/4 c. confectioners sugar--brush over cookie sheets
