1 C Crisco all-vegetable shortening
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Beat shortening and sugar in large bowl of mixer on high speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Add Eggs and Vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Beat in flour, baking soda & salt until combined. Drop by tablespoon 2” apart on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
