2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream Sugar, Eggs & Margarine
Stir in rest of ingredients except chocolate chips
Mix well
Add chocolate chips by hand
Mix well
Spoon on cookie sheet
Bake 12-15 min
Cool cookies on racks.
