2lb Jumbo Shrimp (shelled & deveined)
4 cloves chopped garlic
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 cup Negra Modelo Beer
Loaf of French bread
Beurre Manie: 1 tbsp butter & 1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl mix all the dry herbs and salt and pepper.

Beurre Manie: In a separate bowl mash with a fork one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of flour. Set aside.

Saute garlic, herbs and butter until garlic is slightly browned.
Add shrimp and stir until shrimp is cooked through. Pour in beer simmer for a few minutes.

Cut loaf in half, lightly butter and toast until golden brown. You can add a little bit of dry oregano on the bread before toasting.

Mix in the Buerre Manie to shrimp and stir to melt until sauce thickens.

Pour shrimp and sauce over toasted bread and sprinkle with chives.
(If you want more gravy, you can double the butter and beer amount.)
