1lb Ground beef or deer
1 pckg Beef cocktail sausages
1-2 Chili seasoning packets (your preference)
2 cans Tomato sauce
2 cans Rotel
1 small can Tomato paste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp Onion powder
Water to your favorite consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by browning your choice of ground meat. Chop cocktail sausages into bite size and add to ground meat (drain fat off meat if needed after browning). Add chili seasoning packets, salt, pepper, and onion powder! Make sure meat is covered in seasoning. Then add tomato sauce, rotel and paste. Stir and water to your preference. Cook on low to medium heat for about 30 minutes and enjoy!!!

One of our family favorites!! Jeff said his mom always added sausage to their chili growing up and we made it our own by adding the cocktail sausages!! And we loved it!! Hope y’all enjoy!!
