First Layer - Mix all this until crumbly and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Second Layer - Combine this and set aside.

1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 cups Cool Whip

Third Layer:
1 package Jello Instant Chocolate pudding
1 package Jello Instant Vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk, mix according to directions on package

Fourth Layer - 1 small container Cool Whip

Fifth Layer - Chopped pecans
