1 cup Butter, softened
½ cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
2 tsp grated Lemon Rind
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Salt
2 ½ cups Flour
2 Egg Yolks (coating for cookies)
1 tbsp Cinnamon
½ cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar gradually. Cream well.

Add 2 egg yolks, lemon rind, lemon juice, salt and flour. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.

Roll ¼ inch thick on floured board. Cut with small cookie cutters.

Place on greased cookie sheets

Beat 2 egg yolks slightly. Brush over top of cookies.

Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over egg yolk.

Bake at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
