2/3 cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
½ tsp salt
3 cups milk
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 large bananas

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. In a separate container, blend milk and egg yolks. Gradually stir milk mixture into sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Cool to room temperature. Slice bananas in baked pie shell and pour filling over top. Top with whipped cream.
