3 or 4 lb roast
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
1 c water
2 pkg brown gravy mix
Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat. Add salt & pepper. Flour and lightly brown meat. Put in pressure cooker. Mix 1 c. water and gravy packets and pour over meat. Cook 30 mins on 5 pounds pressure.
