2 cups brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Pie filling of choice
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, sour cream eggs and vanilla

Add dry ingredients

Drop batter by teaspoonful on cookie sheet
Using the back of a spoon, make a dent in center of batter
Add 1 tbsp of pie filling in dent
Cover with another teaspoon of batter

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes
