1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix flour, baking powder in med. bowl. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix slow, but mix well. Chill dough for 1 hr., Then roll out and cut into shapes. Place on ungrease baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min. at 350º. Do not over bake.
