Box of vanilla wafers 2 - 8oz cream cheese 1/2 c sugar 2 eggs 1 t vanilla
Use cupcake liners in a muffin pan. Place a vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix together until creamy - cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Place a spoonful of cheese mixture onto vanilla wafer about 1/2-2/3 full. Bake at 375º just until brown. Cool. Optional - Add fruit or glaze after muffins have cooled. Paper liners maybe removed prior to serving.
