3 c bread flour
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c heavy cream
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp coarse sugar (for topping)
Chocolate chips and or craisins or raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt
Add chocolate chips/ craisins to dry mix
Make a well and add cream until just moist
Put in pan lined with parchment paper
Cover with parchment and freeze
Cut in squares after thawing for 5 minutes
Put milk on top and sprinkle with sugar
Bake 30-40 minutes
(Can just make a few at a time)
