For egg yolk mixture:
18 Eggs
18 Tablespoons Sugar

For egg white mixture:
3 (1/2 pint size) Cartons Whipping Cream
1/2 cup sugar

For final mixture:
1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
Nutmeg
Bourbon (as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Egg Yolk Mixture: Beat egg yolks until lemon colored and thick. Add sugar while mixing. Refrigerate.

Egg White Mixture: Beat egg whites until stiff. Add Sugar while mixing.

Final Mixture: Break up 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream in punch bowl and fold in egg white mixture and egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Have various bottles of bourbon available for guests to “spike” as they like.

This was a favorite of my Grandma Totsy to serve at her annual Christmas parties. It’s been passed down for several generations and is the ONLY food I claim to consistently (ever) cook (although no heat is required!!)
