3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pint milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 heaping tsp baking powder
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add extra flour if needed to make sure batter is thick enough that a spoon will stand upright in it. Drop by spoonfuls into a kettle of hot oil. Fry until browned and roll in sugar if desired.
