2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Boiling water
1 egg

Directions:
Pour boiling water over mixture until an egg will mix into flour. Stir in egg. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Can drop in a stew and use for a number of things

My mom uses this recipe to make turkey and dumplings in a roaster.
You will need leftover turkey, gravy and dressing as well as dumpling recipe as seen above. In roaster, layer bottom with turkey. Next layer will be you leftover dressing. Heat gravy and spoon over turkey and dressing layers. Next mix dumplings as per instructions and spoon out on top of the turkey, dressing, and gravy layers. Bake uncovered in the oven at 350ºF until tops of dumplings begin to brown.
