1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 sticks melted butter
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Mix all liquids in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Pour all liquids in with the dry ingredients and blend well.

Spoon out dough and roll into a small ball.
On a parchment sheet covered cookie sheet place the cookie dough balls 2 inches apart.
Press flat and bake for 12 minutes.
Let cool before removing from cookie sheet and then place on a rack to finish cooling.
