1 c butter (room temp)
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 c oatmeal
1 c fresh cranberries (sliced in half)
1 c pecans (chopped)
1 c Ghirardelli classic white chips
2 tbsp orange zest

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Cream butter, sugar & brown sugar together

Mix in eggs, vanilla & orange zest.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir.

Gradually add oats, pecans, white chocolate & cranberries

Drop 1 tbsp of cookie dough onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until cookies start to brown.
