1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. graham caracker crumbs
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (12oz) pkge. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In 13 x 9
inch baking pan, melt margarine in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine, pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with chips; press down firmly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature. TIP: Melt 1 c. semisewwt chocolate chips with 1 1/2 t. shortening, drizzle over bars.
