Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Growing up, the lady who ran the lunchroom at our school was a member of our church family. Her name was "Miss Estelle" (Cates) and in later years she became the "cookie lady" at our Mother's Day out program at church because she came and served refreshments to the children. I remember these cookies from the "lunchroom days." They were always one of my favorites and I cannot imaging making those for an entire school !
