1 pound ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup ketchup
12 cup water
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet
Add ground beef onion and celery and sauté until browned
Add all other ingredients and let simmer until all the juices are absorbed about 30 minutes

Served on buttered buns
