Doubled recipe of "Butter Crunch Crust", elsewhere in this cookbook
12 T cocoa
9 cups milk
3 cups sugar
1 T plus 1 t butter
1 t salt
⅔ cup cornstarch
4 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare double recipe of butter crunch crust and press into a cookie sheet with high sides. I like to use the cookie sheet with a good fitting lid.
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt with 8 cups milk in a large heavy saucepan. Heat, stirring constantly. Mix cornstarch with 1 cup milk, adding to hot mixture while stirring. Bring to a boil and watch for it to thicken. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour gently onto the crust, spreading out evenly. Allow to cool. Serve with whipped topping.
