1 qt ground cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup nuts, choipped (if desired)
1 cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ground cranberries and sugar together and let set for 2 hrs. Then add the whipped cream and marshmallows and let set another 2 hrs. Mix in the chopped nuts adn crushed pineapple before serving.

I remember this being served at Great Grandma Maureen Hawkins' Thanksgiving table. To be truthful, as a kid, the combination of fruit, marshmallows, and nuts wasn't very appetiizing but sounds a bit better now. Glad to have her recipe to include!
