1 c. butter softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c.flour
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until light. Add flour and pecans and mix well. Form small logs and bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350' for 20 minutes or until delicately brown. Watch closely to prevent over baking. After removing from oven flour fingers and roll in powdered sugar. Keep in air tight container.
