1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1½ cups oatmeal
1cup raisins or chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray or line cookie sheets.
Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, beat until mixture is light. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add oatmeal until combined, add raisins until combined.
Scoop dough into a ball, place on prepared cookie sheet. Press until flat.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the top is just set.
