2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs and sugar-beat well. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the above materials the following: vanilla, milk & butter to hot milk. Pour rapidly into greased pan as soon as hot milk is added.
