2⅓ c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, (2 sticks) softened
1 egg
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in egg, vanilla, and almond extract and mix until combined.
Stir in flour and baking soda and mix until combined.
Roll in sugar or sprinkles if desired, and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 9-11 minutes.
