For the cookies:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Enough flour to roll out the dough
For the filling:
2 cups ground raisins
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
For the cookies:
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll out and cut into rounds.
Filling:
Cook the raisins, sugar and water until thick. When cool, spread between 2 cookies.
Bake at 375º until brown.
