1 C Flour
2 Tblsp Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt

3/4 C Milk (we use 1c)
1 Egg
2 Tbs Melted Butter


Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together.

Add wet to dry and stir gently until all is wet.

Add a splash more milk if batter is too thick. We usually use 1 C of milk.

Heat non stick or buttered cast iron fry pan on medium/medium low. Using a ice cream scooper or 1/3 cup dry measure, add batter. Cook just until bubbles are seen rising to the top of the pancake. Flip and cook another 2 min or until golden.

Serve with real maple syrup, berries or compote.
