5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix flour, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients into creamed ingredients. Roll into balls, and flatten them with the bottom of a glass that's been dipped in sugar.
Bake 8-10 min. at 350 deg.
