6 cups sifted flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups butter or oleo
1 package dry yeast or 1 cake yeast
1/4 cup warm water
6 egg yolks
1 cup dairy sour cream

Filling of choice - nut, poppyseed, apricot

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter with pastry blender until resembles corn meal
Dissolve yeast in warm milk
Beat egg yolks - add yeast and sour cream - mix well
Stir into flour
Knead until smooth
Refrigerate over-night
Roll on sugared surface
Cut into 4 inch squares 1/8 inch thick
Add desired filling
Roll up

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
