1 lb. ground beef (10% fat or less)
2 garlic cloves
2 T. chili powder
1 T. ground cumin
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz. can red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 onion chopped
1/4 c. canned diced chilies
2 T. tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet cook beef and garlic till browned. (drain)
Add chili powder and cumin to pan, stir.
Combine tomatoes, beans, onion, chilies and tomato paste in slow cooker, add beef stir well.
Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours
