2-3 loaves of bread, cubed fine
3 sticks of butter
1-2 cartons of chicken broth
Salt, pepper, and parsley
1 large onion
3 stalks of celery
4 eggs, beaten
2-3 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in a half stick of butter. Add to cubed bread along with salt, pepper, parsley to taste and 3 sticks of melted butter. Add beaten eggs and milk and stir gently. Add chicken broth until wet and soupy. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350º until golden and bubbly around the edges.

This is Josh's Grandma's filling recipe. She doesn't have an official recipe so someone watched her and took notes! Chicken broth kept from cooking whole chicken is the best! Just close your eyes and use all the butter.
